One thought was to get a Skinny Mobile Broadband. As it's also a B315 as it's just re-badged Spark. And they have a money back guarantee from what I can see. So if it doesn't work just return it.

I can tell ya a solar powered repeater will cost about $4k to do cheaply. Many of our customers really underestimate how much power a radio bridge and home router actually uses. Its not going to be a little solar panel either.

Thanks for all comments / suggestions.  Amuri.net wasn't going to work without a clear line which we didn't have unfortunately.
