Heya,
Thought I would just chime in on behalf of Vibe Communications. We do have an unlimited plan, however its not really a retail offering, though we did offer it to Intagr8 customers when we needed to get them online.
Our unlimited plan is fair use (up to 4TB of data) and is not a product where you should expect full speed all the time. Each user added to the pool, we add 2mbps of international and 2mbps of domestic, so essentially there is a minimum speed of 4mbps; though thats if every single user in the pool was using their capacity at the same time.
Feel free to flick me a PM
Many thanks
Barry

Thanks everyone for the input - Just a quick update.
I've decided to stick with Vibe - mainly because their support has always been so damn good the few times I've need it. Went with a 100/100 UFB unlimited plan.
Follow up - with '****ing Chorus' as the title.
Despite having received and automated email from Chorus saying a site inspection was booked for the 24th of last month and an install on the 29th. I received an email from Vibe -
"They have changed the installation date for this one to 21/04/2016, reason being (Customer Requested the date change with the technician).
Is this correct? Please advise."
This is a complete lies as I asked of no such thing (and neither did Vibe).
They're now expecting to do install on the 24th of this month - nearly 2 months from the original install request. I get the feeling that someone at Chorus just wanted to move the date and just lied - that or their internal systems are completely broken.
Thankfully Vibe are awesome (as they always have been) and have supplied us with a 4G AP (with wired networking) to hold us over - we've also delayed our move a week so hopefully someone can get there s*** together and move the install back to closer to what they promised.
atomeara:
UFB SLAs are not tied to BS2, BS3 and BS3a
They all come with the same SLA! Which is 48 hours and excludes ONT failures
You can buy a higher SLA for the Bit stream service (the higher SLA cost is the same for BS2, BS3 and BS3a)
Gold SLA cuts it down to 8 hours and includes ONT.
way too late for OP but this is wrong.
a year ago it was true, but these days Chorus offer a 6 hour SLA on their BS3/BS3a products (same as with their premium fibre products like HSNS).
