Is that something the DLM will be adjusting, the target SNR? Seems like it wants me on 9db, that's what it starts at, and that's what it gets after any resync. Might DLM target eventually target 6dB for me if my SNR wasn't all over the place?
Sensitive little buggers these VDSL modems. I was just tidying up the wires after the relocation, and found if the power brick for the router is too close to the bundle of phone cables then i loose 1dB of signal.
On the positive side, somehow in the tidy up i've gained another 500K down and 200K up. An hours work gainsa tidy kitchen shelf to look at, and a 12% jump in uplink.
