Really? How about fitting an external antenna to allow those customers to connect to the tower? That would work. 

 

 

Sorry, I would have thought that common sense would have dictated use of external antennas on all installs at that range anyway. If no antenna then obviously one would have problems.

 

Coverage maps obviously don't indicate indoor coverage.
