Hope that sync rate holds, if it goes down don't do lots of reboots as it will make things worse
See how that's dropped the attenuation down to 14dB from 30dB? Probably a dirty or loose connector there. Good work.
Thanks for all the replies folks.
If you guys hadnt suggested the internal wiring id have never thought to try a new cable and would still be grumbling about the connection. Fingers crossed it stays like that!
Thanks!
Sam
@samdouglas looks like the line is still struggling a bit.
flick me a DM with your contact details and line number and i'll see if anything else astray can be sorted out for ya :)

That's such a perfect example of a dirty contact!
can be difficult to explain without seeing it first hand at times..

I've followed up with Sam on this,
ddDLM has pulled the connection way back, seeing what i can do here but i can't make prommises.
the line is actually looking very clean now, i fully expect ddDLM to settle and raise to 50-60 down.

If it was me I would also change the socket on the wall as well as the cable if you have not already done so.
If not then sooner or later the problem may return.
I should have said the Interface cable between the socket and modem as well as the socket itself.
Still waking up so coffee not kicked in yet LOL
