I've had Bigpipe for about 18 months now and have no complaints.  The only issue I've had was about 3 days in and we lost all internet.  I was travelling in Auckland at the time but logged the problem via my phone, had a IM conversation (from memory) and Chorus came the next day and sorted it  - ended up being an installation error with connecting a wire somewhere.

Since then not a problem.......

Oh, and they upgraded me from 200/20 to 1000/200 earlier this year without me doing anything.  I've measured 930Mbs down ;)

Thanks everyone. I'm thinking Bigpipe or Voyager, I don't want to give my money to Fairfax.

Has anyone got any referral codes (for any provider)?

As for my requirements, I want fibre, 100/20 (could go faster but I won't be gaming so the speed shouldn't be an issue).

In my signature is a referral code. Always has been there 🙂

For Voyager there isn't one. Just sign up.

On top of the referral credit for Bigpipe, they're also still doing the Grabone deal which gives you a month off and waives your connection fee.

That's a sweet deal - alas I've already signed up with Bigpipe a few years ago so might be null and void. Thanks for the heads up though

Got in touch with Bigpipe regarding the small print. I was with them a couple of years ago, but since it's >six months I'm eligible for the deal. From what I've gathered, it's the best deal at the moment.
