I think I may have found the problem, and I may have caused it......

All our jobs come through a web browser type set up, similar to say a taxi service I guess and I added a google chrome extension to refresh the page every 10 seconds, this pc is displayed on a large tv in the main area of the office, the TV is turned on and off but the pc runs 24hours for convenience (simplify for idiots to just have to turn on/off a tv at the start of the day and end)

Im guessing those page refreshes must add up, just trying to work out the bytes of a page refresh and then every 10 secs for 24hours a day...... FML

if you going over every month, then the plan is too small for what you use it for - last November and last month was windows 10 feature upgrade and that 20 gb or there about a pc and depending on setting you could be sharing that to anyone on the internet. at $17 a month that less than 9gb a month over charges before it cheaper to go unlimited.

Im hearing you bagheera, might even quote this in my follow up email if that's ok with you. The world has changed and unfortunately at such a rapid pace that the older generation cant keep up.

Cheers man, I always thought the word dyslexia was a cruel joke for people that have issues with spelling/grammar lol
