Some will do it with a secondary PPPoE dialer as well - in that instance you can use 2 Routers and put a switch between the ONT and the 2 routers (Or use a router that can handle dual PPPoE sessions.
Hmmmm
1. Get a decent small router - Mikrotik and Cisco are good choices
2. Ask your ISP for a /29 - expect to pay around $16 per month for this which is the going rate. If you get it any cheaper or free consider that a bonus. This will give you 5 usable host IP addresses.
Pointers:
1. You will need to know a bit about networking, etc, because customer services probably won't support this non-standard config and the NOC won't want to hand IP's to someone if they ask n00b questions. In context - I don't know you so if know your stuff, disregard, it's not personal.
2. You are now even-more responsible for security etc because you don't have NAT to protect you. Know the implications of this.
