I moved from Spark last month after about 16 years to Worldnet.   So far pleased with the move , though moving all mail across and informing all

with my name@xtra.co.nz  to use my new yahoo mail was a real pain.

BLazeD:

Orcon support must have changed? They were ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING when I had the displeasure of having to deal with them approx  years ago.

They have improved substantially.  There was a time when the most effective way to get an issue addressed was via a post to the Orcon forum.  Now you can online chat for immediate support (as an alternative to the 0800 number) or email them.  In the past they did not have online chat and ignored support emails.

Already regretting my decision to go with Orcon. They screwed up an "install" (place already had fibre) and I am now waiting on tier 2 support to fix an authentication error.

Orcon hasn't changed one bit in the last 5 years and my comment above stands. 🤬I would recommend any ISP but Orcon.

Orcon and slingshot essentially same network I’m on slingshot they had an outage two days ago but been solid since, was with voyager and orcon before, was happy with orcon but wouldn’t give me a deal to stay so left for voyager for two months and came back to slingshot to get a deal, I know low but existing isps need to look after you
