Possibly an old deal, We do not offer free static IP's anymore they are $4.95 per month, or you can get a Dynamic public IP for free.

 

Judging by the IP address on the earlier screenshot, it appears that the connection is already on a public IP so double NAT shouldn't be an issue.

 

 

 

@shorsfield Apologies for the experience you have had with the Contact Centre - Certainly not the experience we strive to provide.

 

Are you able to PM me your account number so I can take a look into this for you?

 

In the PM are you also able to confirm for me what model of router you are currently using and if possible log into the router and confirm the firmware version it is running. It should be on the front screen once you are logged in under "Software Version" or "Firmware Version" depending on what model you are using.

SIP is one of those things that doesn't play nice in double nat so yeah as others have said get rid of the CG-NAT and you will be fine

Sorry to be clear I meant a non cgnat ip not static!

halper86: the latency all depends on how far away from the speedtest server you are, however i would recommend using the ookla one and to the trustpower server as it will give you a more accurate test

Looks OK assuming jitter is normal   Might be a hardware issue imho. Is your router a Netcomm?  Netcomm can be pretty flaky when it comes to stability - NF4V packet loss is a known problem.

 

Some other routers don't play well with VoIP.
