I got this letter today as well, I saw the Vodafone logo and put it straight into the shredder without opening it

Is is in affect unsolicited marketing.  You could not send it electronically and equally a 'No Circulars' sign doesn't stop it coming through.  Is it a little grubby, yes

Yeah got one too in the bin they be desperate for customers to give horrible customer service (speaking from experience)
