I have been with Stuff Fibre and I can tell you they are the best value for money out there.

I've found Stuff Fibre to be great as well. However, their "Stuff Fibre Voice App" that sends land line calls to a mobile is a waste of time, and from my experience at least, is unusable.
Stuff are cheap, but I had a few issues with them when we moved house, they cut us off over Christmas thinking we'd moved a month earlier than we did, eventually got it reinstated on the wrong port on the ont so my tenure connections didn't work anymore while we were away, then when we actually moved they started billing me twice and forgot to cancel the old house. Eventually sorted it out and for refunded the bill but it took a lot of back and forth and was far harder than it really needed to be for a mistake that was all theirs in the making. I'll probably jump to someone else when my years up.
The router they give is pretty decent though, probably the best one I've had issued by a provider for free so is be tempted to stick around for that as long as I don't need to move house again.
Stevecad: Kinda looking ahead, as I have been told it can take 2-3 months to install fibre and as I’m building that will be the case
Decide where you want the ONT installed because you will pay to have it moved a second time, not sure what the installers are like up your way but here it seems to be whatever is quick & easy for them. (eg. The house i brought has the ONT installed closest point to the street, 3m away from a double brick internal wall.)

Yeah, I think with the houses they have like a Hubble system in the garage and the connection goes straight to that, which works for me because that is fairly centralized.
Had that problem with my old house the ONT was pretty much at one end of the house and couldn’t get the wi-fi connection at the other
