Ah sorry got my wires crossed, thought stratellite was a typo as I assumed the hundreds of kilometers figure was altitude and had not heard it called that before.

Have seen this in the news every so often for several years now in regards to broadband and definitely agree it has a lot of promise. I wonder what spectrum they will be wanting to use...

Hi, as I said many of the potential stratolite operators see LTE as a natural PHY, but as you say purhaps with higher frequency spectrum than 700MHz to allow greater capacity.

Food for thought though.
