So I have to change router. I just got a new one (Dynalink DTA1025we) free from slingshot with 24 month contact.

I'm afraid that if you want consistently good upstream speeds you'll probably have to get a router with a Broadcom ADSL chipset in it. There may be other chipsets which work properly, but Broadcom is your best chance.

I don't care that much about the download because I can barely max it out, I just want the upload to be 1mbit.

Getting a proper master filter/splitter installed to isolate the ADSL jack/line from all other jack points/devices/wiring at the point the line enters the house (demarc) is probably the only thing you could do that could make a difference.
