It is at 18 Lakewood Ct. Next door to AA centre. Dont come knocking on the door, might not be anyone home..lol.

I Didnt i just drove by. Are you are its not cellphone data center?

i mean there is a cell-tower tower there
you sure that doesnt go to a cell phone network like vodafone or whatever

That is definitely the Manukau Telephone exchange. Most exchanges have a cell tower beside them. I guess telecom thought it made sense to put them up on a property they already owned.
If you are not on a cabinet, then this is where your Broadband port will be.

well i still dont under stand why they have to have a cell-phone tower but oh well
well unless its about 2km away from where i live.
