Located in Tauranga, Telecom ADSL2, with interleaving off.   I usually get up to 18.5Mb/s download, and , for some reason it does not slowdown in the evening unlike others.

Wish it would be more however cost is a huge factor for me I can't afford to gp onto cable and get better speeds.
