Looking at StarHub plans (they are using the fibre network being built in Singapore) it seems international is still an issue, even tho a look at intnl cable maps suggests a fair number of cables into Singapore. Their 100mbps plans on fibre called MaxInfinity say intnl is limited to 15mbps - seems quite low but maybe shows what others seem to be saying about ftth not fixing everything
