Be4stElectrjc: I don't understand the second phrase.

My ISP limits the upload to 10.

Okay, lets take a step back here...

Who is your isp?

Fastweb.

your isp may limit the upload but you will only see that in a speed test, the modem will still show a higher limit, which should be either 30 or 50 mbps on the upload

change the performance setting back to normal

With the forecast of fritz's normal settings 60mbit. It's odd.

Technicolor gold era speed test, with 4,9 of snr(bit risky).

What's a big difference.

@Be4stElectrjc i dont think we can make too many comments on your connection as we have very little understanding on how things are setup there in italy, now we know you are from there :)

I think the resync counter is just really slow to update, since I had a look later on and it showed 2 for resyncs but had the same speeds as before. I would consider the times its synced at ADSL speeds to be a failure however.

Think its just important to know when talking about your line that we are looking at a non nz line, otherwise its simple things like whats up with your profile that we jump to.

Matching Broadcom linecards with Broadcom chipsets is the best way to squeeze your speeds out, On the firtzbox you do have the capability to SNR tweak. How that affects your providers use of DLM we cant really account for though so i would advice against it.

Go back to basics, look at things like wiring. a straight Cat5e link from the ETP to your modem will count out any Reflections caused by multiple jackpoints on your line for example.

SamF: @stevehodge:  That 86mbit attainable looks pretty sweet!

Yep, but I think because the cabinet is Ikanos I'm stuck at 70 max, right?
