Who is your isp?
Jase2985: your isp may limit the upload but you will only see that in a speed test, the modem will still show a higher limit, which should be either 30 or 50 mbps on the upload
change the performance setting back to normal

@Be4stElectrjc i dont think we can make too many comments on your connection as we have very little understanding on how things are setup there in italy, now we know you are from there :)

I think the resync counter is just really slow to update, since I had a look later on and it showed 2 for resyncs but had the same speeds as before. I would consider the times its synced at ADSL speeds to be a failure however.
