Great news. We have called several customers and they all reported much improved voice volume levels - just like an ordinary phone!
Thanks Woosh for finally getting it sorted - shame it took over 2 weeks to get this far - something that should have been sorted in just a few days at the most.
It's a shame that the manufacturers of these ATA devices don't allow simple settings like that to be changed by the user. It's not as though any damage could be done and it would save hours of frustration for users and VoIP providers alike.
VFX users are in the same situation as Woosh users when it comes to adjustment of volume levels i.e. you have to ask your VoIP provider to do it, however I'm sure it would have been sorted within a few hours by WorldxChange instead of the 2 weeks it has taken Woosh to get their A into G...
