Insane took the pictures, so Im blaming him ...

:edited again to blame insane!Tongue Out

I didn't take these pics, a work colleague had them sent to him by a third party. If I had run a cabinet down you'd see the marks where i had come back for a second pass :-)

GregV: Obviously on hitting the UFB connection, the car instantly hit 88mph, and is now somewhere over next Wednesday, or is that only on 4G? :)

Brilliant!! :) I just pictured that

Shouldn't there be a puddle of data around the cabinet

I wonder if the fibre is still ok? Perhaps the stretch of the fibre has broken it internally whilst the sheath is still holding it together?

Could be a bigger job if that is the case.

This explains some of my fault tickets then...

"Customer ONT went flying into wall by itself this afternoon and made hole in it. Fibre cord has disappeared into the wall. Can we please have a tech out to repair."

DarthKermit: The last time someone bowled a cabinet like this, one of the Chorus guys here reckoned it was in the region of $150K to replace. Ouch.
That would possibly exceed the third party liability on many people's insurance policy anyway. Ouch!
