Ive had naked since it was available prettymuch I think. Was a period where I had to buy a clothed connection to get the slingshot unlimited plan but I never had a phone plugged into it and had no idea what the number was. Moved that to naked when they pulled finger and got naked unlimited adsl available.

Now they are dragging their heels on naked unlimited vsdl its looking like a change of that line to bigpipe is in order. Not even downloading that much these days anyway so could probably just schedule it around wanting to actually use the internet on my snap connection with its more than ample data blocks and the free offpeak.

By the time you add all the nessacary services to the obscenely overpriced resold chorus connections off the antique neax gear its really really expensive, for things that are free and should be free like caller ID and call waiting and conference calling etc. All that is incuded on voip so the savings are massive, particually if you want a messaging service on the line. Those are much much better in a voip world.

@nonpraying mantis

Mrs insisted on separate 'line' - still saved through VF mobile + broadband discount.

Have been on naked BB for quite a few years. Signed up to an Orcon genius based service as soon as Orcon released it. Was on a Orcon POTS service prior to that. Only it seems that almost all ISPs either force you to take a POTS line or their VOIP service. Since moving to Snap UFB I had to tell them to not provision a phone number on my connection. As I didn't want any kind of phone service. Im guessing that the ISPs are selling phone services as a loss leader, hoping you will make toll calls.

Dratsab: Naked for just over 6 years. Started off with WXC and their VOIP solution. Been on VF + 2Talk for about 16 months now. Thinking about ditching 2Talk though as it's rarely used so is a bit of a waste of money.

Us too. Started off with WXC and VoIP to save money and then switched to Snap when they became significantly cheaper. Never regretted going naked.
