I'm sitting here on a constant painfull .49mb up/down, they put in a new cab like 3 weeks ago but still no increase in speeds for me

I think the old cab is TPO/BP. Corner of mapara rd and blue ridge drive

It's still not live, may be up to another 3-4 months.

If you email me "pl at spark.co.nz" I can see what cabinet you really are connected to and the situation. But if the cabinet is correct then Paul will have answered the question.

Yeah you are on TPO/BP and it's still an ASAM and as Paul has already said it's due be upgraded under RBI.
