Last night I had VolTE on 2degrees attached to one of the RCG sites

Looks like the VoLTE toggle off / on has been disabled / hidden on the Samsung S9+ for end users in the menu of the handset

The call I placed was to a end user attached to 2degrees Wi-Fi calling and the call setup was instant and in HD was very very clear

Was very impressed :)

That map is cool! Is there a legend that says which coloured dot means what (without clicking on it)?

Check the providers drop down in the filters for the colour coding

Decided not to make the actual points different depending on services because it makes the map look a bit out of control, just use the filters instead.

Great, thanks for that. I can see a few RCG sites in some rural areas that I visit from time to time :)

Weird, I see some Vodafone sites coloured green and some Spark ones that are red...is that my browser?

Nope, I've noticed a few of those too... Need to look into that closer. If you could PM me the sites you've noticed?

Just had a closer look at one that I noticed: https://beta.gis.geek.nz/celltowers/location/zdwjpnbw

The coordinates for the Spark and Vodafone tower are identical. You can actually see this in the "closest tower" block (when I noticed this I thought it was a bug 🤪). So they either share a tower or the RSM Tech got creative.

I'll change that closest tower block so it links to the location detail section instead.

Would be curious if the other ones you're seeing are like that?

Pushed a change, the location page will tell you now if the location you're on has another provider's licenses in the same spot:

I got rate limited after not long of looking at this page. Would it be possible to add least add a message indicating this? Cool work btw.

Yep - will hopefully remove those limits when it's live.
