i was 110GB to 150GB.

With Vodafone TV just watching couple times a week around 200 GB a month now.

I'm only one that does streaming, everyone else needs me home to start one, they just can't seem to sauss out how to do it :(

I expect usage to go up with Disney and adds being more aggressive TVNZ on demand. Be doing heavier data usage services. Plus have got rid of Sky Box in room I watch so more streaming will be happening there. If anything want to watch on TV more likely to use VF TV.

Above 120 GB Spark unplan is at it's max price, so no benefit there in flexible data for my use case. Just mentioned as OP brought up unplan in opening post and they're way above as well.

1-2TB average, peak of just over 7TB.

We've been averaging ~1TB per month. This is purely personal use for two people with no UHF aerial or SKY dish so all media is streamed. We've just moved from VDSL to Fibre but I don't expect this to increase much as it won't change our habits.

It doesn't make sense to go for the unplan because of how much data being used, there are many other unlimited plans out there for better value. It was only after looking at the unplan I got curious as to how much I use a month in comparison to what the data price bands are for the unplan.

After that, I wasn't sure whether I was a high data user hence the start of the topic.

As it seems I am more average around here (yes there are some really awesome amounts being used by a few).

over the last 6 months we have averaged ~500gb

1x pc

1x ipad

2x cell phones

2x laptops

2x media boxes

All of our media is streamed

2 adults, 2 teenagers (one of them a young gamer who also streams on Twitch).

We have laptops, Mac, iPads, iPhones, Apple TV etc all connected as well as the young fella's gaming machine and all of his peripherals while he games/streams...

game streaming is an interesting one. when you get a colab or something going, and multi streams come out.

suddenly you aren't talking 4-6mbit, your talking about 3 or 4x that. It's also quite easy to leave it going if your casting it to a tv etc.

I've also noticed the twitch desktop application has a habit of deciding YOU MUST WATCH some days... really urks me when it does that.

To answer your question @empacher48 I'd say that's about average for a household of ~4 that does a lot of streaming.

I could understand an increased consumption if you were coming from a very poor VDSL connection but we had a fairly robust 70/25Mb connection so the technology wasn’t holding us back in anyway.

From the 2nd of this month to today current usage is 768GB so averaging 48GB a day. Probably above average as I've downloaded a few big games for PC recently

Generally between 700GB-1TB/month over copper. 2 person household. Was somewhat higher when I had the gig. Hopefully not much longer to wait until the copper can be cut once again...
