Located in Tauranga, Telecom ADSL2, with interleaving off.   I usually get up to 18.5Mb/s download, and , for some reason it does not slowdown in the evening unlike others.

 11.54Mb down and .76Mb up

Wish it would be more however cost is a huge factor for me I can't afford to gp onto cable and get better speeds.

Its to bad there are no cable plans for auckland if so i would be a cable not Adsl2+

Speedtest: Pretty much a useless benchmark :)

Audiophiles are such twits! They buy such pointless stuff: Gold plated cables, $2000 power cords. Idiots.

mikenzb I'm actually in Lower Hutt and can get cable if i wanted but I find Telstraclear (even though very good) are way overpriced and there data caps are rubbish too.

In saying that you can cheat on the cable plans so can get more data for cheaper.

Ultimately though I like having my 75gig offpeak so can't see me changing to any other ISP or plans in the near future.

You'll find that my Vodafone 3G connection is very, very fast (sarcasm).
Although, I'll admit, it is normally quite good:

"Unleash" is a Data centre / ISP (We provide ADSL too) - and that's where I work.

A bit off topic, but... 25GB blocks? This must be on ADSL? On cable modem blocks are automatically added at 2GB increments.

As for the "data caps" are rubbish" comment, interesting. I am on a 120GB plan and I don't think this is "rubbish"...
