Only since last month. Tech support has been really good, and we haven't had a problem since going live.

We are looking at using VOIP, we run VOIP internally and are looking at replacing some of our ISDN lines with some VOIP connections.

BTW ping to Auckland is 18mS.

Disclaimer: I actually work for the ISP the VDSL2 is going thru and I set up both ends of the connection  - but this doesn't affect the Speed I'm getting.

I got VDSL2 installed yesterday.. Attainable Speed of about Down: 53Mb/s Up: 10Mb/s and I can get around 50Mb/s thru put on it. I literally have an Attenuation of 0.0 both way as Im about 80M or less from the cabinet.
