Interesting situation here. At my address, the first "date" was April 2020. Then came May 2020, which was out of the door because of COVID. Next was June 2020. Waited and at the end of June still not available, a few days later date was set to July 2020. After speaking to Chorus today it sounds like they've missed the deadline yet again with no current ETA. Most likely will be set "August 2020" in the coming week. At least that's my guess.

For reference, the digging happened at my place in early January this year.
