Are you talking about a difference between 100 and Max fibre? There's no evidence in the document you link to, or in the specific examples you quote from that document - to support a real world difference in Netflix, Youtube or latency between 100 and Max fibre.
YOUR specific instance may be different - but the document you link to doesn't support your argument at all.
The document supports a general advantage for faster technology which is what I was talking about. I wasn't comparing any specific option because none of them matched the OPs scenario - SamKnows didn't know the correct fibre results so they couldn't report them.
The main point I'm making is that, in general, there is a measurable difference. It's not generally true that there is no difference.
