Havnt seen this KTSA ISP, could you give us some more information as to what the speeds are like from various sources?

I'm not 100% sure but I would suspect KTSA is a virtual ISP using HostingDirect's wholesale ADSL service

Nothing wrong with that, but it's worth taking note that all torrents are blocked on this service.

Maybe sacked101 can comment on whether torrents are blocked?

Downloading at least some of Ubuntu via torrent would be a good legit test
