Howdy fellow geekers!

I'm looking for some free software to watch one computer and sync the files whenever they change (to another PC over my internal network).

Someone has suggested 'alwayssync' http://allwaysync.com/index.html
But you need to pay for it, as it's cripple-ware.

Came across Microsoft's 'synctoy' http://www.microsoft.com/windo.../prophoto/synctoy.mspx
which is free, and would do the job, however it does not actively monitor and needs to be manually run (or run via a schedule in task scheduler).

Also had suggested cygwin, but not sure how to even use this! :)

Does anyone know of a free solution which will run in the background and duplicate changes on the master PC to the networked PC?

Cheers,
ZollyMonsta

Try foldershare at www.foldershare.com... Since it is over the internet you mighht want to manually copy the files over your LAN first.

Hi Freitasm,

Hmm not too keen on an over-the-internet solution :)  Are there any locally-copied solutions you're aware of?

Cheers,
