I have a monitor which has just died.

If I switch it on, the screen is full intensity white all over.

Is it worth trying to get it fixed and if so where?

The monitor is about 5 years old, I bought it from a German Amazon Marketplace vendor when I was in Europe. (So there is little prospect of taking it back to the dealer.)

The model is: Hanns G HH251DPB, 24.6" 1920*1080.

No.

These things are so cheap these days, I'd suggest dumping it at 5 years old and simply buying a new one.
It might be an easy fix, it might not, but I'd expect a $50 - $100 charge at a repair agency just for opening it up.

Like Jaxson says. Without question, just buy a new one.
