It does seem a bit wierd. Its the only site (that we know of) that doesn't work on our network.

Turns out our proxy was recieving the page but becuase the page size reported (from the ms webserver) was longer than the page itself the proxy had issues relaying that back to the desktops. It had something to do with the proxy rendering the page first before relaying it to the pc's.
