I have a dual-layer DVD burner in my PC.  It was a bit of a budget model, but seems to have done the job for the last 3 or 4 years.  However it has started "playing up", so I'm looking to replace it.

Does anyone have any recommendations?  I don't want to spend a fortune... looking for the best "bang" for my "buck" so-to-speak.

Cheers,
BuckoNZ

Does it have to be DL? Just get a decent DVD write programme Smile

LiteOn is a good reputable brand and it writes DL

Yep... I definately want a dual-layer burner. Also, I have purchased the full version of Nero, so I'm pretty much "good to go" in the software dept. It's just the hardware.

Good Luck with Nero - I found it to be crap.
