Hi guys

I have this computer here that keeps ejecting the CD Rom non stop sometimes like half way in then back out the it goes back and forth a little then back in like its possessed or something. I thought it was a virus but i stuck a XP Pro cd in a starting formatting the drive and its still doing it while the drive is being formatted and windows obviously hasnt even started !

Any body seen this before?

Thanks

Yeah, it was in one of those annoying cases with the flap that goes infront of the drive and it kept pushing on the button.

If its just a CD ROM drive, then it is not worth the time to even look at it. Time to replace!
