I see that they advertise themselves as NZ based, with an Auckland office in Shortland street. If you live in Auckland you could go down and see them to get support I guess if you are having problems with support. I see on their website you can arrange an appointment. They also have an 0800 number which I assume is for supprot.

Thanks Matt, the 0800 is worth a shot. Actually the space is no longer needed for the original purpose so my 12 months hosting is a throwaway. I was just curious why the browse link didn't work. If it did I could use it to do something for my $$$ !

In the S.I. so a bit of a hike to Auckland ! Maybe it's a re-direct to dot coms mansion !

It is possibly blocked, so people don't use it for file hosting. Cheap hosting often has restrictions.

Solution - if anyone's interested !

The files need to be in the public_html folder. But 'public_html' is not included in the link address.

That's a given. If you had given the link initially we could have pointed that error out. But definitely something the host should have helped you work out.
