but will you notice if for what you are doing? maybe maybe not

adding more wifi isnt always the solution as it creates more noise for you neighbors.

Yes

"ethernet over power" = "powerline ethernet adapter" would give you fast ethernet in the sleepout, if that's what you want.

eg TP-Link TL-PA211KIT

I just bought these to attempt to address poor 2.4Ghz wifi performance in our lounge. I was getting approximately 800 Kb/s over wifi, but am now getting 8-10 Mb/s using the Powerline adapters.

I was also able to repurpose an unused Netgear modem router to have it as another wifi access point, and to act as a 4 port switch (well, technically 3, as 1 port is for bridging the connection from the Powerline adapter).

A word of warning. Be very careful if you endeavour to upgrade the firmware on them. I bricked my first lot when doing this, possibly as a result of choosing the wrong firmware file.
