Hi again,

I've got my PC up and running and i'm pretty happy with it, just one thing bothers me, it runs pretty hot,
just to recap, i7 6700k, Asus Z170-AR, 2 x 8GB Corsair Vengance 3200, NZXT s340 case, Noctua NH-U12S CPU Cooler,
when Rendering video in Premiere Pro without any over clocking i'm seeing upwards of 75C CPU temp and when overclocked to 4500 I'm heading over 90C,

It's totally stable but I am concerned about those temps, any ideas what I should do? another fan on the cooler? another case fan? I don't really want to go to water cooling but I do wan't to overclock at least a little

That doesn't sound right at all, Noctua says you should be good for "medium overclocking potential": http://noctua.at/en/tdp-guide. Not sure if 4500 qualifies as medium, but 75+ at stock is not right IMO. ARK says tcase of 64C, which seems low to me and I'd assume thermal throttling or shutdown at 75~90C in that case: http://ark.intel.com/products/88195/Intel-Core-i7-6700K-Processor-8M-Cache-up-to-4_20-GHz.

Could it be temp is in fahrenheit? If fahrenheit it'll be 75=~23 & 90=~33 celsius. That sounds more like it.

If you're sure it's 75~90C I'd reread, reread, and reread again the cooler install instructions - then strip the cooler down, clean it up, and start again.

Thanks mate, the cooler install instructions were pretty straight forward, put 5mm diameter blob of thermal paste on the cpu and bolt the cooler up, temps are deffinately in Celcius.

I've just set the bios back to default and re-run the dual intelligent processor overclock (through windows and it got to 4600mhz @ 1.34v, I encoded a short clip while browsing chrome and it got up to about 65-70c, I think maybe i had turned off thermal throttling in the bios (im a bit new to this)

it's now idling at 30c so hopefully I've solved my issue.
