This is just the standard dialog that Microsoft Edge displays when prompting the user to sign in with HTTP Basic authentication. The dodgy website has just customized the Realm property to inject the message about "suspicious activity".

 

The computer itself should be just fine.

Have to say that is the first time I've seen an authentication box being used, got to wonder how many people actually type some form of valid credentials in? You used to just be spammed by javascript alert boxes but most browsers put a limit on these now.
