I had the same problem.

you have to go to the chrome settings-->privacy & security-->content settings-->popups & redirects-->allow

I wouldn't recommend turning off popups and redirect blocking. Its not good for security and avoiding spam.

Must be a bug if a control + click is registered as a popup.

freitasm: This is being discussed in the Geekzone sub-forum and it is a known TinyMCE fault.

Why use shift-enter instead of just enter?

Not too sure, Just pedantic with text formatting sometimes. Not that I have any structure around how I use it, just go for looks.

I've just got pop-up blocking today on any site with the left click on a link.

Has Chrome just been updated? I went into settings and allowed pop-ups and all is back to normal.

If you allow pop-ups you will be open to malicious code, bad ads, etc.

It's a Chrome bug. Firefox works just fine for both the pop-up and form upload functions.

But for some reason, clicking on links stopped working today and I saw that the Chrome pop-up blocker was the culprit.

It should be made clear that the Chrome blocking service is called "Popups and Redirects".

I just don't know why the change today but I do need a redirect svc working.

I have Ghostery running and this does a very good job of blocking the crap.

Call me mystified.

Edit:- Realised that 'Redirects' doesn't mean linking. I have turned the blocker back on. I will now have to add all the allowed-linking sites one by one. Still wonder what happened, though.
