Fog:

Didn't work for me. Anyone else still having problems.?

Yes.

It killed McAfee(R) WebAdvisor.

I opened a support case with McAfee last night by email
They called me (on the telling bone 😮) this afternoon to say that

  • They had had several reports of this,
  • It looks like a Firefox update has borked their product,
  • Engineering is working on a patch / update, and
  • They would call me back tomorrow with a progress report – what time would be convenient?

I think that has just more than used up the annual support fee I pay
I must confess to being impressed

that's ownership of the problem, when it's not even their fault.

I too must admit i'm impressed.

Mozilla however, Last i checked this is the second time it's happened... You would think after the first they wouldnt pin addons to a ssl cert!

Yip, this update re-instated all the add-ons. Back to normal for a Monday morning...
