is there a stats page for Rosetta@home? i can't find geekzone group on any of the bonic ones...
also they don't support arm64 :/
Rosetta@home Team Geekzone Boinc stats
Ta. looks like far more fun in the competition on boinc, so i'll complete these workloads then swap.

I joined today but my PC's too busy with me working at home to do any folding.

Moved my PC to geekzone...
Anyone running VMware for their lab, there was a fling released a few days ago to run an appliance: https://flings.vmware.com/vmware-appliance-for-folding-home
Easy way to get it working on your server as well
CPU: AMD 5900x | RAM: GSKILL Trident Z Neo RGB F4-3600C16D-32GTZNC-32-GB | MB: Asus X570-E | GFX: EVGA FTW3 Ultra RTX 3080Ti| Monitor: LG 27GL850-B 2560x1440

How are you crunching so many numbers @freitasm ? Multiple installations and/or insanely powerful CPU ?
I had this running for ages and only created the group so that's been for a while. I was also on SETI@home since 1999 but this has now stopped so can focus on other projects. On the other hand, just installed Boinc on my desktop - still low average units but it's a eight core multi-threaded Intel Xeon so it will ramp up soon.
Also, I have one of the VMs on the Geekzone box running Rosetta@home now.

Can we perhaps move this thread or some of it? into a more appropriate section? so it gets the attention that it needs?
Official Geekzone Folding at Home Thread
Official Rosetta at Home Thread
Linus Tech Tips has just done a video on Folding@Home, which is a good introduction.
I've followed their howto, and just signed up (replacing their team with geekzone, team # 246916). It took all of 2 minutes, and might do some good.

I removed the CPU tasks in Folding at home and left it processing only gpu based units on mine.
Still using my pc works fine gtx980 in 90% usage
6 core 12 thread cpu

I installed BOINC which doesnt have such options.
BOINC has options to limit the CPU use and wait until idle but in my case what it needs is a CPU limit when idle and a CPU limit when busy.

That's because Rosetta@home uses CPU only - their workloads don't work differently or better on GPUs.

seems like good reason to stick with F@H then

I'm running Rosetta@home on my workstation when I am not using it along with my UnRaid server (in Docker). Just been running it for a little over a week.
