Yep, there was an available sata cable attached to the 2.5'' bay with sticky tape, just waiting to be used. A short trip to PBtech later I have an extra 1TB on my Lenovo m75q. Which, by the way, is a phenomenally good machine - brilliantly designed, and amazing value for money.
