If i am reading that right cameyo is for making portable versions of programs which is not what i am after.

Something like nLite or vLite? Used for slipstreaming various stuff into custom bootable Windows OS install discs.
I pretty sure this is not what you are after, as you said it's not a bootable disc, but just thought I'd put it out there just in case.
