PBtech get recommended but they have abysmal after sales service and have been prosecuted for dodgy trading practices as well.  I think it's just because they are big, people go there.

 

 

 

Computer Lounge or PLaytech.  Whatever sort of PC you want.

I recommend PB Tech because Pat always treated us as valued customers, no matter how big the business got. I've never had issue with after-sale service. Technology companies by their very nature tend to attract complaints. If you have a genuine issue and can explain it clearly, issues can generally be sorted out without any hassle.

 

To put PB Tech's 'dodgy' trading in perspective, they received a $77k fine for failing to disclose details of extended warranties. The Noel Leeming Group received a $200k fine for the same thing.
