Yes QNAP drives have 4 partitions (I only know this as I removed them on a borrowed drive while cloning my NAS drives).

While you have the drive attached to your Win10 computer install/run Reclaime as per my earlier post.

Reclaime is not free, if I install it will it ask the money or just work?

Pretty sure it installs and scans, but requires purchasing before letting you do the actual data recovery.

Even without purchasing it will likely tell you more about the file system which may help you with other methods.

01EG: 2. connected HDD to Win10/USB port, and used the ext2fsd soft, ext2fsd sees the disk as 4 partitions, 1 partition as ext4 with Qnap system files ~500Mb, 2 partitions as RAW ~500Mb and ~8Gb and last partition with my data in RAW format. RAW partitions are not accessible. Looks like I have to get Qnap again somehow.

I have heard before of volumes showing up as RAW in the ext2fsd/windows combination due to the limitations of both in regards to linux file systems.
I wouldn't treat the info you're seeing there as accurate.
You'll likely have much better success getting access to your partitions using a linux live distro.
