Been around for 11 years and supported by donations.  Is Linux still around?

For a long time there was a statement on their web site regarding anti-competitiveness.

They might have gone overboard with their statements, but when is the last time you found incompatibilities between applications and magically compatible if you change the order of installation?

last version of spybot was released on 26th Jan 2009 (2 years old+) - linux last update was... (choose your flavor)

my 2 cent for your article dated on 2009, incompatibility between two softwares are common especially for security softwares that has realtime monitoring.
