I would not wanting to be working in the gaming industry for the next 12+ months!

 

This will likely drive improvements in gaming engines to maximize current hardware which can only be good for the consumer.

Interesting comments from Apple today , but it certainly sounds like the bigger you are the better placed you are to handle the price rises,

 

Maybe its time to jump into the Korean stock market to hedge myself for my next laptop...

 

"Cook said that rising memory chip prices had a "minimal impact" on Apple's gross margin in the fourth quarter of the 2025 calendar year, but he does expect a "bit more of an impact" on the company's gross margin in the current quarter.

 

Cook added that Apple is aware of the rising prices and "will look at a range of options to deal with that" over the long term, if necessary."
