I have set a gprs connection on my iPAQ (with WM 5). It works fine, but I have another kind of problem.

iPAQ connects to GPRS from time to time (several times per hour) by itself and I can not find a way how to ban it (except of deleting the gprs account, which is really stupid).

What should I do to connect only when I decide so?

It shouldn't connect. Many reasons: you have a plugin that updates frequently (weather? currency exchange? travel updates?) or you have an Exchange Server account and it tries to synchronise over the air, or you have an e-mail account configured to connect every [x] minutes to check for new e-mail, or you have a failed MMS input/output.

Oh, yes, probably it was in e-mail check configuration. Anyway, it works different than Win XP, where you simply ban to applications to connect and thats all.
