I am able to use WiFi at the cyber cafe with my laptop,but I can't connect with my X50v. Can somebody post Step-By-Step SETUP please?

Welcome to Geekzone... There's not much of a guide for this. In short you just need to turn on Wi-Fi on your Pocket PC and wait for a popup notifying you of a new access point found. You should then select "Internet" and "Connect". At this point you will be asked for credentials (WEP, WAP).

Make sure the access point is configured for 802.11b and 802.11g since the Pocket PC is only 802.11g. Also make sure there's no MAC address filtering in this router.

Thank you for your advise. I tryed everything but it looks like there is something missing,or I just need correct step-by-step guide.After I get connected,when I try to use Internet Explorer,whatever I go to open (any site),it says: The page can not be found. And now I'm lost.

I think you are not identifying the issue correctly then. You say you are connected, so let's move on...

On your Pocket PC, open File Explorer, browse to \Windows and tap on welcome.exe... Follow the instructions and after it's finished, soft reset the Pocket PC and try again.

To make sure you are connected (and test your connection), you can download the free VxUtil program (www.cam.com). Use it to ping a known server, and to check the information related to your connection. You will see if you are actually connected, what IP address, DNS, etc.

This information will help you identify problems in the network configuration.
