Hi all!

Not sure exactly where to put this topic, so mods feel free to move (not that you need my approval to do so!)

I'm looking at getting a Lumia 800 phone to replace my Xpress Music 8750 phone.

They retail for $600 upwards from the major retailers, however are showing for $558 at Parallel Imported.

My question is, Parallel Imported have a 12 month warranty on the phone which is fine, however Nokia has a 24month warranty on these phones (so i have been told)

Is the warranty on parallel imported phones covered by Nokia NZ?  Or is that the reason why they are cheaper via parallel imported methods?

Cheers

Nokia don't have global warranties, so the Nokia warranty would only be valid in the original country the phone came from.
